Founded in 2002, Whisper (Xiamen) Plastics Co., Ltd. has rapidly grown from a 5 employee workshop to a mid-sized company with more than 300 employees. We are one of the major specialized manufacturers and exporters of ready made blinds in China. Because of our focus on reliable quality, excellent service, and prompt delivery our sales have tripled and now exceed USD5,000,000 per year.

With a 75,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, our production lines include PVC venetian blinds, PVC faux wood venetian blinds, aluminum venetian blinds, wooden venetian blinds, bamboo venetian blinds, bamboo and PVC roll-up blinds, PVC vertical blinds, and other window coverings.

We strive to create innovative window coverings and offer our customers a comprehensive line of window treatments and unique customized components.
